Return Conditions
- Unworn and unwashed, in original condition
- All original tags and labels attached
- Proof of purchase (order number) included
Cannot be returned: Sale items, customised orders, underwear (hygiene), items damaged by the customer.
How to Return
- Email returns@lis.ng with your order number and reason
- We'll respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
- Pack securely, include your RAN, ship to our Lagos address
- Refund or exchange processed within 7–10 business days
Faulty or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to returns@lis.ng. We'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
