How do I place an order?
Browse our shop at lis.ng/shop, select your item, add to cart, checkout and pay. You'll get an order confirmation email immediately.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 2 hours of placing an order. Contact us via WhatsApp or hello@lis.ng.
Do I need an account to shop?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders and view history.

How long does delivery take?
- Lagos: 1–3 business days
- Other states: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Is there free delivery?
Yes! Free delivery on orders over ₦25,000 in Lagos.
How do I track my order?
Visit our Track Order page or log into your account.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags. See our Returns Policy.
How do I return an item?
Email returns@lis.ng with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorisation Number.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Paystack, and Flutterwave. All transactions use SSL encryption.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Absolutely. All payments go through PCI-compliant gateways. We never store card details.
